This petition has been filed for the following relief: "issue a petition, order or direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. District Judge, Ghaziabad to set-up inquiry in respect of manipulation made in order dated 18.12.2024 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghaziabad in Suit No. 663 of 2023 (Padam Singh Vs. Sabir Khan and another) pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghaziabad and take appropriate action against the person who is found guilty in making manipulation in the above said order. issue a petition, order or direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. District Judge, Ghaziabad to take appropriate action on the complaint dated 29.01.2025 of petitioner within period which may be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on 18.12.2024, date fixed in the matter was 14.02.2025 which was later on made as 14.01.2025, and for that reason, the petitioner could not appear and next date fixed was 29.01.2025. On 29.01.2025, an order dismissing the suit in default was passed and the petitioner appeared and apprised the court regarding the date fixed in the matter the said order was recalled and now the suit is proceeding. 4.
