The case of the petitioner is that, she completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in May, 2017 and thereafter she https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.20202 of 2025 joined Post Graduate Master of Surgery in OTO-RHINO-LARYNGOLOGY (DLO). While joining the said course, she has given a bond to perform Government duty for a period of two years. Though she received posting order, due to marriage with the Defence person, she was not in a position to undertake the posting. Now that she has given a representation dated 16.05.2025, for issuance of posting order. 3. Learned Government Advocate would fairly submit that the said representation would be considered within a reasonable time. 4. Heard the learned Counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
