The impugned judgment disposes of similar claims of five individuals, including the petitioner. The other four individuals had preferred separate writ petitions, namely, writ petition No. 3794 of 2025 and other connected matters. By the order dated 20.03.2025, the impugned judgment and order has already been quashed and set aside to the extent of those four individuals. 6. For the selfsame reasons as we have recorded in that order, the writ petition is allowed. The Impugned judgment and order is quashed and set aside to the extent of the petitioner. The committee shall issue certificate of validity to him, which shall be co- terminus with the review, if any, in the matter of decision of this Court in case of Mayuri D/o Shriram Kalyanapad. (Y. G.
