He prays for direction upon the authority. 2. Ms.Suman Jaiswal, learned advocate, Central Government Counsel appears on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 and hands up her instruction dated 20th May, 2025. She submits, pursuant to petitioner having applied for the passport, registered on 27th December, 2022, there stood issued notice dated 16th January, 2023 regarding adverse police report. Petitioner did not reply. 3. The passport application disclosed in the petition also carries information that it was received on 27th December, 2022. Petitioner has not disclosed notice dated 16th January, 2023, let alone disclosing reply thereto. 4. Petitioner does not have a present cause.
