No. 196 of 2014 arising out of Case Crime No. 637 of 2013 under Sections 147, 308, 323, 504, 506, 420, 467, 468, 120-B IPC, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District- Shahjahanpur. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that he does not want to press the instant revision, therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for O.P. Nos. 7 & 8 are having no objection. 5. In view of the above, the instant revision stands dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
