Ms. Sumedha Mukhopadhyay Ms. Shruti Mitra Ms. Soumita Chakraborty … for the writ petitioners In the order dated 10th December, 2025 passed in the above matters, the following typographical errors have occurred: (a) In the 4th line of paragraph 2, the quantum of land has been incorporated as ‘4.5 acres’ in place and stead of ‘4.5 satak’; (b) In the 20th line of paragraph 2, the date has been incorporated as ‘17.10.1994’ in place and stead of ‘30.09.1994’; (c) In the 22nd line of paragraph 2, the quantum of land has been incorporated as ‘one cottah’ in place and stead of ‘nine cottah’; (d) In paragraph 15 at page 9, the cause title of the contempt application has been incorporated as ‘CPAN 661 of 200’ in place and stead of ‘CPAN 661 of 2007’; (e) In the 1st line of paragraph 15, the name of the applicants’ learned advocate has been incorporated as ‘Mr. De’ in place and stead of ‘Mr. Roy’. Office is directed to incorporate necessary corrections in the order dated 10th December, 2025. 3 The other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered. This rectification shall be deemed to have been incorporated in the order dated 10.12.2025.
