By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direct the respondent no. 5 not to harass the petitioner by sending the unwarranted notice/ letters pertaining with illegal explanation form the petitioner, wherein already given by petitioner. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direct to respondent No. 4 to take appropriate action against the respondent no. 5 for harassing the petitioner by sending illegal letter/ notice. III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direct to the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the application dated 14.03.2024 moved by petitioner and pending before respondent no. 2." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2024 is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
