Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 190, 61 ( 2 ), 126 ( 2 ), 127 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 121 (1) , 121 ( 2 ), 132, 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 263 ( B ) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the F.I.R. named accused peropns along with 10 to 15 unknown persons armed with lathi, danda abused and assaulted police party due to which they sustained injuries and accused persons got this petitioner freed from custody of police and as such, they caused hindrance in discharge of their official duty of police personnel. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts and the nature and Patna High Court CR. MISC.
