Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have purchased land from the forefather of one Kuldeep and the Kuldeep has preferred Writ C No.723 of 2013 (Kuldeep and others Vs. The Addl. Commissioner and another) before this Court in which interim order was granted by this Court vide order dated 08.01.2013. It is argued that the aforesaid petition is still pending. 3. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by learned cousnel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate application in the aforesaid writ petition. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by learned Standing Counsel. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
