1. The present writ petition has been filed for following relief:-
“For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the respondents authorities to pay the compensation for the land of the petitioner forthwith with entire statutory benefits after preparing Award as per provision of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 with panel interest which has been acquired by C.C.L. for mining of coal in the Year 2015 itself.”

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lands of the petitioners have been acquired by the respondents for mining purpose but the Award has not been prepared. Further, the petitioners are entitled for compensation under the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.
4. In view of the above, the petitioners are permitted to make detailed representation before the appropriate authority who are directed to consider the same in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of filing of the detailed representation.
5. The authorities are supposed to act right earnest and assess the claim and make the payment as early as possible.
6. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition stands
