Harpreet vs. Anil Kumar CMP(M) No. 415 of 2024 26.03.2025 Present: Mr. Vijay Singh Thakur, Advocate, for the applicant- appellant. Mr. Neel Kamal Sharma, Advocate, for the respondent. For the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by the affidavit of the appellant/applicant, we find sufficient cause having been carved out, which prevented the applicant from filing the appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, the delay of 148 days in filing of the appeal is condoned. Application stands disposed of. FAO(FC) No. _____ of 2025 Be Registered. Since the dispute between the parties emanates out of a matrimonial discord, it is incumbent upon this Court to make an endeavour to have the same resolved amicably. However, learned counsel for the parties represent that various efforts in the on-going proceedings have been made, but the parties are not even interested. In such circumstances, list the appeal for admission on 02.04.2025 alongwith Cr. R.(FC) No. 11 of 2024. (Tarlok Singh Chauhan) Judge (Sushil Kukreja) Judge 26th March, 2025 (sanjeev)
