Shahzad Ahmad @ Ramzan) under Section 3/4 of UP Control of Goondas Act. 2. The main order has been passed under Section 3/4 of UP Control of Goondas Act, which is effective only for six months. The period of externment got over on 20-05-2024, hence, with efflux of time the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
