Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 13.06.2012 whereby the benefit of technical pay scale of Rs. 1200-2040 (revised from time to time) has been declined to the petitioners and a further prayer to direct the respondents to grant the benefit of Technical Pay Scale w.e.f. 01.05.1990 alongwith all consequential benefits.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-11710-2014 titled as ‘Sarbans Singh and others Vs. 14.09.2011 (Annexure P-8) may be decided in light of the aforesaid
judgment by passing a reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid factual position.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties and without commenting anything on the merits of the case with a direction to respondent(s)-authorities to consider and decide the representation dated 14.09.2011 (Annexure P-8) in accordance with law as well as in view of the judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Sarbans Singh and others (supra) expeditiously and preferably within a period of 03 months.

Needless to mention that if upon considering the claim of the petitioner(s), in case, any monetary benefit is found due and payable to the petitioner(s), the same shall be disbursed in their favour within a further period of 02 months.

All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also
disposed of.
