2. Petitioner has sought quashing of FIR No. 0422 dated 07.05.2021, registered against him for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 504 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Laksar, District Haridwar.
3. Learned State Counsel submits that upon investigation, Closure/Final Report has been filed in the matter, as evidence collected was not found sufficient to proceed against petitioner. Thus, he submits that the writ petition has become infructuous.
4. After filing of closure report, nothing survives in this writ petition.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
