Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief. "i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent. No.2 Tehsildar Judicial, Tehsil-Mad:yahun, District Jaunpur to decide the Case No.04690 of 2019, Computer Case No.T201914360604690 (Gaon Sabha Versus Prabhat under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner is complainant in the proceedings and he has no locus to file the present petition as he is not a party to the aforesaid proceedings, therefore, the present petition is not maintainable. 4.
