Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proceeding of this case is pending since 2021 but no progress has been made so far. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within some specific time frame. 4. The instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ballia to decide the proceedings of Case No. 3256 of 2021, titled Hriday Shankar Pandey v.
