Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 17.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0318 of 2025, under sections 420, 406, 506, IPC and section 467, 468, 471, IPC(added during investigation), Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. It is informed by learned counsel for the parties that in the instant matter the petitioners have already been arrested. 4. Confronted with this situation, Sri Akhilesh Kumar,, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to press an appropriate relief in accordance with law. 5.
