The matter was sent to Mediation Cell and mediation report dated 22.08.2025 has been submitted that the parties have agreed to enhance the amount of compensation to the extent of Rs.4,20,000/- along with 7.5% interest rate per annum from the date of mediation. 2. In that view of the matter, the mediation report is accepted. The insurance company is directed to pay the enhanced amount of compensation to the claimants within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
