By this application, the applicant is seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to comply with the order dated 22.04.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4307/2023. 2. By the said order, this Court has simply directed respondent No.1 to take an appropriate decision in accordance with law on the proposal submitted by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks. 3. Although the petitioner seeks to give an impression to this Court that respondent No.1 has not complied with the said direction, it is brought to our notice by learned AGP, on instructions, that an appropriate decision on the said proposal was indeed taken by respondent No.1 within the said period of eight weeks.
