By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial reliefs: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 2 for payment of closing amount to Rs. 9,12,300 with interest to the petitioner, which has not been paid till date, after the death of elder brother Late Kripanath Ex-Technician (diesel)/ DDU. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, for providing all benefits to the family members of intestate and unmarred late Kripanath, which is permissible as per the law time being enforce." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before the authority concerned by means of a representation dated 11th July, 2014 and 21st March, 2025 but till date no decision has been taken. Sri Anupam Kumar Shukla, learned Advocate holding brief of Ms. T.J. Munir, learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection in the event petitioner's representation dated 21st March, 2025 is directed to be decided in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 21st March, 2025 strictly in accordance with law within a maximum period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
