The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 351(2), 79 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. 3. It is alleged that on the pretext of marriage, this petitioner established physical relation with the informant and thereafter, it is alleged that this petitioner threatened her and started black-mailing her on the basis of some nude photographs, which were also posted on the whatsapp of informant’s father. 4.
