Heard Mr.Raghunandan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Abhay Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No.60496 of 2024 which stood dismissed for non- compliance of peremptory order dated 11.09.2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the requisites as required has already been filed on 18.09.2024 itself which was within time as prescribed by this Court but the AO filing dated 19.09.2024 show that the same was filed after delay of one day.
4. Office is directed to accept the requisites which was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53261 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 filed on 19.09.2024 and the Cr. Misc. No. 60496 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
