This application has been filed for quashing of the FIR bearing Bairya P.S. Case No. 501 of 2020 dated 24.11.2020 registered for the offences against the petitioners under Sections 323, 341, 504, 406, 420, 120B and 384 of the Indian Penal Code. Patna High Court CR. MISC. It has been submitted that petitioners and Opposite Party No. 2 have compromised their case outside the Court and good sense has prevailed between the parties. It has further been submitted that parties have entered into compromise without threat, coercion or promise. It has further been submitted that the offences under Section 384 IPC and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 are not compoundable. The dispute arose out of matrimonial discord. 4.
