This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- " (A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Learned District Magistrate, District - Chandauli, to decide the aforesaid Computerized Case No. D202514180000030, Ram Surat & Others vs. Jitendra & others filed under section 128 (1) of the UP Revenue Code 2006 pending in the aforesaid case, within a specific period as may be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court. (B) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Learned District Magistrate Chandauli to Summon the record of the social and economic status of the respondents no. 4 & 5 and also summon the records regarding proposal of Patta dated 09/07/2022 as well as order dated 29/11/2022 of Khata no. 93 arazi no. 216 area 0.260 hectare situated at Mauja Arahi Gram Panchayat Shamsherpur, Pargana Kera, Mangaraur, Tahsil Naugarh, District Chandauli and cancelled the aforesaid Patta issued by the respondent authority." 3. This Court has no knowledge about the pendency of similar cases before the authority below and therefore, no mandamus can be issued for deciding the case in a time bound manner. 4. Since the proceedings are pending, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
