SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction by way of issuing a writ of certiorari quashing order dated 02.03.2016 (P-8) and a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant and pay all the benefits of upgraded post of Officer Junior Management Grade Scale-I, Officer Cadre with all arrears and consequential benefits along with interest accrued up to the date of payment of claims. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to reconsider the petitioner's case MEENU 2025.07.09 10:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-17870-2016 -2- afresh, in light of the acceptance of the Regular Second Appeal bearing No.RSA- 3861-2013 vide order of even date, i.e., 08.07.2025.
