This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief : 10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Family Court Raipur District – Raipur (C.G.) to conclude the impugned proceedings of case No. H.M.A. 591/2024 titled as “Dr. pallav Sinha Vs. Shubham Shrivastava @ Sweety” in expeditious manner within stipulated period of 3 months, in the larger interest of justice; 10.2 Any other relief (s) that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband who has filed an application under section 13 A of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short ‘Act of 1955’) before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur(C.G.) which has been registered as HMA 591/2024. The respondent is delaying the disposal of the application and the petitioner is made to pay the pendentelite expenses. Therefore, he submits that the learned Family Court may be directed to decide the application of the petitioner within in stipulated period of time. 3. The application is filed on 13/06/2024, it is expected that learned Family Court would expedite the trial and make earnest endeavor to conclude the same within a reasonable period of time subject to cooperation of the parties. 4.
