Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Saurabh Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite parties. 2. The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 20.02.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 1174 of 2025. 3. Pursuant to order dated 10.07.2025, Sri Saurabh Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite parties has produced instruction dated 15.07.2025, which is taken on record. 4. As per para 6 of the instruction, he submitted that there is no interference or encroachment by opposite parties and order or writ Court has been fully complied with. 5. Disputed question of fact is involved, which cannot be adjudicated upon by Contempt Court. 6. Under such facts of the case, present application is hereby dismissed. 7. However, liberty is given to applicants to approach competent court for redressal of their grievance. 8. Learned Standing Counsel is directed to provide copy of instruction to learned counsel for the applicants during the course of the day.
