The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent 3 to pass the order on the application/ representation dated 25.03.2025 and 09.04.2025 of the petitioner. (II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent 3 to pay the admitted amount of Rs. 18,90,000/ with interest to the petitioner." The petitioner claims the amount noted in the relief clause because he had supplied a 40 KVA power generator to the Zila Panchayat, Banda. It would serve no useful purpose to keep the petition pending. The petition is disposed of with a direction that in case, the petitioner files a representation before the respondent no. 2, i.e., Zila Panchayat Adhyaksh, Banda, District Banda, the same shall be decided within a period of one month from the date of filing the representation. In case any decision on the representation is to be taken by the Appar Mukhya Adikari, Zila Panchayat Banda, District Banda, the Zila Panchayat Adhyaksh shall forward the said representation to the Appar Mukhya Adikari, i.e., the respondent no. 3, who shall decide the same within the period fixed by this Court. In case, the petitioner is found entitled to the claim made by him, the same shall be paid within one month from the date of the decision.
