The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of judgment dated 03.08.2017 and order dated 12.09.2017 passed by this Court in RSA-1635-2013. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent contends that judgment dated 03.08.2017 has been complied with. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The relevant portion of para 3 of the compliance report dated 07.07.2025, is reproduced as under:- “3. That in compliance of above said order dated 03.08.2017, passed in RSA No.1365 of 2013 titled as Hari Chand & others Vs. Miurti Shiv Ling Ji Maharaj through worshipper the same has been complied and after taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances the office of the deponent conducted a fresh auction in the month of May, 2025 after following the due process and given the suit land on lease to Sunil Kumar s/o Rai Singh for the year 2025-26. The respondent No. 4 has been MOHD AYUB 2025.07.29 19:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment. COCP-2677-2025 -2- deposited full amount till 2025 in lieu of lease granted for the year 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25. The bank statement is annexed as Annexure-R1. The highest bidder named Sunil Kumar s/o Rai Singh has also deposited the amount rupees 1,80,000 /- in the bank account name Shri Shiv Mandir Committee Sismor in lieu of year 2025-26.” 4. In view of the above, the present contempt is purged and rule is discharged.
