The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 19th February, 2024, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 2432/2024, titled as Manish Kumar Sharma Versus Govt of NCT of Delhi and Ors. 2.
