Petitioner Versus 1 - Election Commission Of India Through The Chief Election Commissioner Nirvachan Sadan, Ashoka Road, New Delhi 110001 ... Respondent For Petitioner : Mr. Ashwini Panickar, Advocate For Respondent : Mr. Yogendra Pandey, Advocate on behalf of Mr. Animesh Tiwari, Advocate SB: Hon'ble Shri Parth Prateem Sahu, Judge ORDER ON BOARD 12 /12/2025 1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for records from the Respondent. 10.2 That, if the Hon’ble Court may direct the Respondent to decide the representation of the Petitioner and communicate the same in a time bound manner. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may grant any other relief as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted representation on 17.10.2025 before the Election commissioner, however, 2 the said authority had not replied to the representation of the petitioner and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent to consider and take decision on the representation of the petitioner within specified time frame and intimate the same to him. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the documents placed on record. 4. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the parties, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner and also taking note of Annexure P/2 which is a representation submitted before the Election Commission, it appears that the representation is submitted only on 07.10.2025 and therefore, in the opinion of this Court, the writ petition appears to be premature and accordingly, it is dismissed. 5.
