By reference to the Ward Officer concerned who otherwise is under an obligation to monitor the construction activity strictly as per the approved plan granted in favour of the petitioner vide Order No. SMC 2022/981 dated 07.12.2022, the petitioner is aiming to say that that the Ward Officer is actuated with mala fide and harassing the petitioner.
