This is second contempt application for the same cause of action as earlier he has approached this Court by filing Contempt Application (Civil) No. 5829 of 2024, which was dismissed vide order dated 5.9.2024 on the ground that there is no wilful disobedience of the order passed by the Writ Court, therefore, no second contempt petition is maintainable as there is no fresh cause of action and same is liable to be dismissed. When the Court was inclined to dismiss the application with heavy costs, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press this application and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
