Case No. 09 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 80, 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and his family members are accused of killing the victim within two years of her marriage. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2025. 5.
