JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 10/02/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner has challenged the prolong suspension of the petitioner, and has relied upon the order dated 08.10.2024 passed in S.B. CWP No.17178/2022 titled as Vikram Singh Rathore vs State of Rajasthan & Anr. and the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary vs. Union of India(UOI) & Ors. reported in 2015(7) SCC 291 more particularly para 21 of the said judgment. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the consensus drawn inter-se the parties, (2 of 2) [CW-2090/2025] respondents are directed to consider the case of petitioner for revocation of suspension within a period of 60 days, from the date of passing of this order, by passing a speaking and reasoned order, strictly in accordance with law.
