The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection from the police against threat to their life and property. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that on police verification, it's revealed that the petitioners have filed the instant petition with incorrect facts. The correct fact is that petitioners falls within the prohibited degree of relationship and as per Hindu Marriage Act, they cannot solemnize marriage, and this fact has not been disclosed in the petition, therefore, the instant petition deserves to be dismissed. 4.
