Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this Patna High Court MA No.337 of 2017(12) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 Misc. Appeal may be disposed of with liberty to the appellant to file a fresh injunction petition before the learned Trial Court, if required. He further submits that the Title Suit bearing no. 206 of 2013 is pending in the Court concerned and the learned Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the said suit expeditiously. 3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the present Misc. Appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellant as prayed for. 4.
