He would seek time of two weeks to file such reply. 4. Mr. S. G. Kudle, learned Counsel for the Petitioner would however vehemently oppose such request and would demonstrate that these are the delaying tactics on the part of the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to avoid the claim of the Applicant. 5. Considering this, two weeks time is granted to the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 as a last chance to file their reply affidavit. 6.
