1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent No.1.
Learned counsel Sri.Shivakumar S. Badawadagi is
directed to accept notice for respondent No.2. Notice to respondent No. 3 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed.
2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: A. Issue an order or writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 and 3 to continue to services of the Petitioner as a computer operator until the regular appointment is made, in the interests of Justice and equity.
B. To grant such other reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled under the circumstances

of the case in the interests of justice and equity.
3. Essentially, what the petitioner is seeking is continuation of the service of the petitioner as a Computer Operator. Such a relief cannot be granted to a writ petition of this nature.
4. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.2 by submitting such representation as may be permissible, writ petition stands disposed of.
5. The representation, if filed, shall be considered by respondents in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from such submission.
