ORAL ORDER
(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:

petitioner submits a representation, which is precisely after 26 years after his death and 28 years after the husband retiring on attaining the age of superannuation. The husband of the petitioner during his lifetime did not agitate his claim for grant of pension. 4. In the light of the husband of the petitioner not agitating the right with regard to grant of pension, and what the petitioner is now claiming family pension after about 26 years of his death and 28 of the husband retiring on attaining the age of superannuation, there is no warrant of interference with the impugned communication dated 27.08.2013 and no warrant for a consequent mandamus to grant arrears of pension inter alia to the petitioner. Therefore, petition lacking in merit stands rejected. Sd/- (M.NAGAPRASANNA) JUDGE
