Learned AGP attempted to justify the impugned order by submitting that it is in view of the deiciencies, the proposal for grant of approval to unaided post of Junior Clerk was rejected. However, we ind that no opportunity was given to Petitioner No.2 to rectify the deiciencies. In such view of the matter, we are of the opinion that impugned order dated 7th April 2022 can be treated as show cause notice. The Petitioner No.2 to appear before the Education Oicer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sindhudurg on 2nd September 2025. It is open for Petitioner No.2 to rely upon the decisions of this Court in support of its explanation. 5.
