Main case Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 28.06.2024 (Annexure P-18) whereby the petitioner had been transferred from District Yamuna Nagar to District Sonipat. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that salary for the said period has not been paid to the petitioner. The learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr.Rohit Sarrogi, SDE, Public Health, submits that salary for all the employees (contractual) has not been paid for the last three months, however, the case has been sent for approval and the same shall be released accordingly. Be that as it may, in case the salary for the period under dispute has not been released in favour of the petitioner, the needful shall be done within a period of one month from today.
