In CMP No. 18272 of 2025, an order was passed on 01.09.2025 by this Court directing the release of amount in favour of applicant/respondent No.1 Meena Devi. It was ordered that release of RS.6,14,109/- be made in favour of the applicant/respondent Nod.1 in terms of the report of the Registry. Later, it has transpired that the order was passed in respect of an amount of Rs.36,14,109/- but due to inadvertent typographical mistake, it was shown as Rs.6,14,109/- only. Hence, the matter was listed today under the head “speaking to the minutes”. Accordingly, the order dated 01.09.2025 passed in CMP No. 18272 of 2025 is rectified to the extent that the amount to be released be read as Rs.36,14,109/- in stead of Rs.6,14,109/-.
