Gill, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the only direction was to take decision on petitioner’s representation, on the basis of recommendation made by District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar, and the Competent Authority has taken decision in the matter, therefore, the order passed by Writ Court stands complied with.
