None present for the petitioner to press the writ petition. 3. We find that on 06.03.2025, the case was adjourned at the request of counsel for the petitioner and on 02.04.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date also, the case was adjourned at the request of counsel for the petitioner. 4. It is noteworthy that learned Standing Counsel has already obtained instructions from the Department and the stand of the Department is noted in our previous order dated 11.02.2025, which is as follows: "1. Learned standing counsel has placed on record the written instructions received from the department, according to which, the petitioner along with his two brothers have executed sale deed dated 10.10.2001 in favour of the department. He was paid full sale consideration amount and also compensation for the standing crop. The claim made in the instant petition is, therefore, unsustainable. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to complete his instructions. 3. Put up as fresh on 6 March 2025." 5. In the circumstances aforesaid, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
