JUSTICE S G PANDIT) The petitioner is before this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India, aggrieved by non-grant of interim prayer of stay of order of suspension dated 29.09.2025 in Application No.11063/2025 by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal at Belagavi. 2. Heard learned counsel Sri.Suraj S. Mutnal, for petitioner and Sri.G.K.Hiregoudar, Prl. Government Advocate for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner who is working as Scientific Officer and Government Analyst in Food Safety and Drug Administration Department was placed under suspension on certain allegations under Order dated 29.09.2025 (Annexure-A10). He submits that the allegations against the petitioner are - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:17362-DB WP No. 109324 of 2025 baseless and he is not responsible for the alleged incident. It is his submission that the application was filed before the Tribunal challenging the said order of suspension and before the Tribunal even after several adjournments, the respondents-Authorities have not filed objections and the Tribunal adjourned the application from time to time. It is also seen that by Order dated 24.11.2025, the interim prayer of the petitioner is rejected. 4. Learned AGA Sri.G.K.Hiregoudar on instructions would submit that the respondents would file objections within one week and the matter be heard on 15.12.2025 on which date the matter is directed to be listed. 5. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the entire writ petition papers, we are not inclined to grant the prayer made by the petitioner to stay the impugned Order of Suspension dated 29.09.2025. However, taking note of the submission of learned AGA that the respondents would file statement of objections within - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:17362-DB WP No. 109324 of 2025 one week and as the matter is directed to be listed on 15.12.2025 before the Tribunal, we request the Tribunal to dispose of the main application itself on 15.12.2025 as far as possible.
