A perusal of the affidavit filed by the petitioner shows that there are prima-facie materials to transfer the investigation from the file of the first respondent to the file of the second respondent. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to hand-over the files to the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to continue/complete the investigation and file charge- sheet before the Court concerned within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
