This Court, vide order dated 22.05.2025, had directed the petitioner to join the investigation before the Investigating Officer. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 22.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined and cooperated with the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI-Sandeep, Police Station Sadar Sirsa states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation. 5.
