This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a suitable order or direction commanding the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad to consider and decide the Case No.102 of 2021 (Arjun Vs. Nisha) under Section 25 of the Guardianship and wards Act, 1890 in accordance with law within a period of time specified by the Hon'ble Court." It is contended that the case under Section 25 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 is pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaiabad to decide Case No.102 of 2021 (Arjun Vs. Nisha), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
