Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. This is a second application for anticipatory bail without there being material change in circumstance. It appears that charge-sheet has been submitted on the same provisions as mentioned in the FIR. Accordingly, the second application for anticipatory bail filed without any substantial change in circumstance is rejected as not maintainable. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
